In the days before rail travel, some 400,000 emigrants traveled this 2100 mile trail across the wild American West in search of a better life on the other side of the Rocky Mountains. Near the end of the Oregon trail is the Willamette Valley, where 99% of all US produced hazelnuts are grown.

In honor of those hearty settlers and their journey westward, the Oregon Trail Hazelnut Blonde is a lighter roast of Central American beans flavored with hazelnut oil.
